Professional and Expert
Roof Installations

The roof is your first line of defense against the elements. We take that very seriously. Your new roof will be installed correctly the first time and you will be consulted on what we do every step of the way. Our intention is to provide you with peace of mind during the re-roofing of your home.

Use manufactures starter strip around the entire perimeter which prevents shingle blow-offs because of their factory-applied adhesive strips.

Install counter flashing in areas that need it such as chimneys, parapet walls (areas on some homes where the vertical siding meets the horizontal roof structure) and skylights.

Replace your plumbing roof jacks (the PVC tubes that come out of the roof) with lead covers not plastic boots that fit over existing PVC pipe.

Replace up to the first three sheets of decking at no cost to you (if needed).

Always add a new layer of felt or tear off the existing layer and add a new one before installing your new shingles.

Install pre-finished baked enamel drip edge around the entire perimeter of your home.

Only install brand name shingles with brand name accessories.

We will consult with you if your ventilation needs upgrading and discuss options applicable to your type of roof.

Provide both a “Customer Guideline”, and “Special Concerns”, document to every client prior to install. This insures that you are prepared and know what to expect before, during and after construction.
